Lion King Review

The item was delivered promptly which was excellent. However, when I watched it as it was reaching the final scenes the footage was jolty and stopped and went back to the middle of the film. I had to fast forward it to where I originally was and pray it went through, which it did, just about, but again was jarred. The film simply stopped during the beginning of the credits and wouldn't play any further.
On examination of the DVD I could see an obvious long scratch on it. The disk was sealed when I received it but I purchased it as 'second hand' so I am assuming that it was sealed somehow after being watched prior to me receiving it? Of course this disruption was disappointing for me. I have had to clean the DVD and when I watched it again there was a bit of improvement and it didn't go back to the centre of the film, but it was jolty and was touch and go!

Good product and efficient service

Decided to purchase the video version of this as the DVD's are too pricey at the moment. The video arrived within a couple of days and works as it should. I hadn't seen this film since it first came out and had decided to share it now with my own family. We all enjoyed it.

****Absolutely Brilliant - Must Watch****

I searched for ages for this video, remembering it as a child. Particularly Brer Rabbit and his old pal Brer Bear. The songs and story were just as I remembered if not better.
Zippy De Doo Dah!!!!! Finally found it and paid well over the price for it but it was well worth it. The animation and live action are put together so well it is almost believable.
Couldn't believe it when given another copy just a few weeks ago as a present!!!!
A film I will always recommend as a definate must see. For all children and adults. A wonderful, colourful spectacle filled with fascinating creatures as it states on the back.

An Excellent Classic

I was amazed by this film as a child and saw it several times. It still encaptures my imagination and love how the characters are portrayed in their different ways. Enjoyed seeing it again. Well worth keeping for a classic collection.

DVD of "Jungle Book"

Unfortunately I was unable to play it as all that showed were typed words, wrong area, so returned it to the address in Jersey , Channel Isles. I am hoping for a replacement that can be played in the U.K. and on my machine !!

Packaging was perfect, and the dvd as well. After about 7 working days i received it from UK to Italy. Not bad at all!This classic movie is not available in Italy now, and it was the only way to get it (for a present) before next issue by walt disney.
